Some facts about me: I’m a dancer, an animal lover, a music festival enthusiast, and a UCLA Bruin. I was born in the Bay, but am based in LA. I’m a fitness expert, movement coach, and the creator of a workout experience that blends strength, sensuality, and sweat. With over a decade of teaching and training, I’m known for classes that push your physical limits while making you feel completely at home in your body—deeply connected, confident, and strong.
In my classes, you’ll find everything from double-weighted donkey kicks to hip rolls to the occasional unhinged plank series. My playlists? A mix of Kaytranada, Sabrina Claudio, and Lil Wayne. To say that I’m obsessed with reminding you of your power is an understatement. I want you to feel yourself in every sense of the word. The way your body moves. The way the music hits. The way your confidence shifts when you take up space like you were made to. Whether it’s a slow, sensual hip roll or a sculpt sequence that sets your muscles on fire, my goal is for you to leave every class turned all the way on—physically, mentally, energetically.
This space is The Warm-Up—a temporary home for free access to some of my vintage workouts before the official launch of something much bigger. Expect challenging, results-driven movement that connects mind to body, ignites confidence, and—let’s be real—leaves you feeling HOT AF.
